Step 1 : Brush your teeth for two minutes.

Step 2 : Dry your teeth well before applying the gel.

Step 3 : Twist the bottom of the pen to get the gel out.

Step 4 : Apply the liquid on all your teeth. DO NOT let the get touch your lips or your gum.

Step 5 : Wait for 15 minutes.

Step 6 : Rinse your teeth, and voilà!
